Very bad experience. The product is shown on the website with white ends, but it was delivered in nickel color - this is misleading. I contacted customer service via email but received no response. Apparently there is no serious support. Absolutely not trustworthy, I cannot recommend this company.❌❌❌

We made a mistake and offered to exchange the capsules, unfortunately without feedback from you. The elastic shoelaces are delivered with a white capsule - unfortunately we made a packing error. We have you on May 10th. replied by email that unfortunately we cannot take back used and already cut shoelaces, but we would be happy to give you white capsules or a discount.
