🇩🇪 Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we charge:
- 4.90 € shipping costs (shipped as DHL GoGreen small package)
- We deliver free shipping within Germany for orders over €40.
🇪🇺 Shipping to EU countries
The following shipping costs apply to deliveries to EU member states: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
- €7.90 shipping costs
- From a goods value of 80 €, delivery within the EU is free of charge.
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3-5 days, for deliveries abroad within 6-10 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that products with personalization are unique items and we need an additional approximately 3 working days to produce them.
Please note that there is no order processing or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
We expressly accept no liability or cover any costs for incorrect addresses provided by the customer (e.g. missing house number, name not on the mailbox or doorbell). The customer assumes the costs of re-shipping. There is no entitlement to free new production of the ordered goods.

We send our shipments climate-neutrally DHL GoGreenand use 100% recycled and for shipping FSC certified Packaging materials with a positive ecological balance.
